Conditions of Use

All orders will be billed and be paid in euros. All prices include VAT (18%). Out of the EU, the price will be applied without VAT. Tariffs, duties and local taxes, if applicable, are born by the customer.

The shipping charges are not included in the product price.

 The customer have several possible means of payment, MiniPerla offering a maximum of security and guarantees:

• Credit card - via PAYPAL
• PAYPAL account
• Money Order

The average delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on destination. However, Miniperla is not responsible for delivery delays caused by mail or messaging services.

The photographs have a reference character, and can have variations in their physical appearance without affecting the integrity and quality of the publicized product.Semiprecious stones may have slight variations in tone or color.

            In the case of non-conformity of the goods received (must be confirmation email), Miniperla commits itself to solve the problem or to return your money along with expenses incurred (including forwarding expenses). If you have any future complaints, please contact us by e-mail within 10 days from the receipt of the shipment.

The buyer must accept the shipping when it does not present external damages.
