Shipping

  Deliveries will be made by certified mail, with fixed costs 6 euros shipping. Shipping takes 2-10 working days from Monday to Friday. We can not take responsibility of arrears due to reasons beyond us, erroneous data address, absence of the person, lost packets, etc..

Returns

   If for any reason, the buyer is not satisfied, we can change the items or refund money (excluding shipping and forwarding) always and when he returns to us one or more articles in a period of 7 working days from the delivery date of his order. The buyer will have to resend the order by mail (return postage at his cost) within 7 days. Once the goods are received and verified that it is in perfect condition, Miniperla will return the full amount paid within 30 days.
